E.F.T. works by accessing the energy flow routes (meridians) while the interface is present i.e. while you are thinking of the issue. The tapping, eye movements, humming and counting all access different areas of the brain and work together to reduce the interference and therefore bad feeling.


Simple issues may be cleared with one round of E.F.T.. More complex ones may require repeat rounds with the issue being dealt with from a different perspective each time. It is very rare for anyone to show absolutely no improvement and most people are amazed by its effectiveness.
